Please review the terms governing student admission, attendance criteria, examination procedures, and certification issuance at Gyankul Institute.
1. Admission & Eligibility Verification
Admission to vocational diploma programs (NTT, PTT, Yoga, ADCA, DCA, Tally Prime) is subject to meeting the minimum eligibility criteria (10th/12th/Graduation pass from a recognized state/central board). The institute reserves the right to cancel admission if fraudulent or forged documents are submitted.
2. Attendance & Practical Workshop Compliance
Students enrolled in Teacher Training (NTT/PTT) and Computer Science courses are required to maintain a minimum of 75% attendance in practical lab sessions, micro-teaching workshops, and theory classes to be eligible for final semester examinations.
3. Examination & Grading Criteria
- Semester and diploma examinations are conducted in theoretical and practical formats.
- Passing mark criteria is minimum 40% in theory and 50% in practical laboratory/viva assessments.
- Certificates and marksheets with unique QR verification codes are issued within 30 to 45 days after final exam evaluation.
4. Fee Schedule & Payment Obligation
Tuition fees must be cleared in accordance with the agreed installment plan prior to the issuance of exam admit cards. Late fee payment may attract administrative processing charges.
5. Code of Conduct & Campus Discipline
Students are expected to adhere to high standards of discipline, mutual respect, and care for campus laboratory equipment. Any acts of misconduct, vandalism, or ragging will lead to immediate disciplinary suspension.
