Fee Refund & Cancellation Policy
Transparent guidelines regarding admission fee payments, course cancellation requests, and refund timelines at Gyankul Institute.
1. Admission Registration Fee
The initial registration and application processing fee (₹500) covers student administrative dossier setup, LMS portal activation, and identity badge generation, and is non-refundable.
2. Tuition Fee Refund Slabs (Before Batch Commencement)

3. Course Transfer & Batch Change
If a student is unable to continue in their current batch due to medical or genuine personal reasons, they can request a Batch Transfer or Course Upgrade without financial penalty within the first 30 days.
4. Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refund requests are processed within 7 to 10 working days directly to the original bank account or UPI ID used during admission.
