• Contact Details: Mobile Number, WhatsApp Number, Email Address, and Postal Address (Village, Block, District, PIN Code).
• Academic Records: 10th/12th/Graduation marksheets, registration numbers, previous certificates, and photograph/signature.
• Technical & Verification Data: IP address, device browser type, and verification logs during portal login or certificate lookup.

2. Purpose & Use of Collected Data

Student information is strictly utilized for academic administration, including:

• Processing course enrollment and issuing unique Student Registration / Roll Numbers.
• Conducting semester exams, preparing grade cards, and issuing diploma certificates.
• Enabling online certificate verification for employers and government verification queries.
• Communicating exam schedules, admit cards, GTSE scholarship results, and placement notifications via SMS/WhatsApp.

3. Data Security & Storage Protocol

All sensitive uploaded documents (Aadhar cards, marksheets) are stored in secure private server storage inaccessible to public web scrapers. We implement SSL/TLS 256-bit encryption and strict 3-attempt authentication defenses to prevent unauthorized database access.

4. Third-Party Sharing & Disclosure
